Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a, Adolescente Mulher e Idoso de Joinville, em a\u00e7\u00e3o em conjunta com a 12\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Joinville e a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria, cumpriu, nesta manh\u00e3 (12\/06), mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o em uma casa de um casal que abrigava dois idosos \u2013 uma pessoa com defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica e uma portadora de defici\u00eancia mental \u2013 sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos.<\/p><p>A mulher estava proibida de realizar quaisquer atividades relacionadas ao atendimento de pessoas idosas por determina\u00e7\u00e3o da 6\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca de Joinville. Ela conta com mais de 45 registros de boletins de ocorr\u00eancias em raz\u00e3o das suspeitas de pr\u00e1tica de crime de maus-tratos e irregularidades na casa que administrava.<\/p><p>A 12\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Joinville tomou conhecimento que ela e o companheiro insistiam em descumprir a determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, al\u00e9m disso, apurou-se que ele auxiliava na administra\u00e7\u00e3o da casa e teria arma de fogo.<\/p><p>No local foi identificada estrutura prec\u00e1ria e insalubre.
