meio da Delegacia da Comarca de S\u00e3o Joaquim, com apoio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC), deu cumprimento a mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura crime de peculato.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o integra investiga\u00e7\u00e3o voltada \u00e0 repress\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas criminosas relacionadas \u00e0 apropria\u00e7\u00e3o indevida de bens p\u00fablicos, com foco em desvios de combust\u00edvel de ve\u00edculos oficiais pertencentes ao munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Joaquim.<\/p><p>\u00a0Durante o cumprimento da ordem judicial, foram apreendidos dois gal\u00f5es contendo aproximadamente 40 litros de \u00f3leo diesel, al\u00e9m de outros cinco com resqu\u00edcios do mesmo combust\u00edvel.
