A finalidade foi verificar a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o e regular funcionamento dos estabelecimentos, que devem possuir licen\u00e7a mensal de funcionamento emitida pela Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p><p>At\u00e9 o momento foram fiscalizadas 17 casas noturnas, sendo que 13 foram notificadas para que regularizem sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Duas delas foram interditadas ap\u00f3s regular processo administrativo.<\/p><p>O prazo para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos a fim de que seja emitida a licen\u00e7a mensal pela Pol\u00edcia Civil \u00e9 at\u00e9 o quinto dia de cada m\u00eas e tem validade at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia do m\u00eas para o qual foi requerida.
