data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (25\/06), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DECOR\/DEIC), deflagrou opera\u00e7\u00e3o a segunda fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cM\u00e3o Grande\u201d para dar cumprimento a quatro mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pela Vara Criminal da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana da Comarca da Capital.<\/p><p>Os mandados foram cumpridos em Palho\u00e7a, Florian\u00f3polis e na Prefeitura da Capital. Restaram apreendidos aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos e documentos, que ser\u00e3o devidamente analisados para que se possa elucidar todo o esquema criminoso. Em um dos alvos, os policiais civis localizaram e apreenderam 12 mil reais em esp\u00e9cie, cuja poss\u00edvel ilicitude ser\u00e1 averiguada no transcorrer da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>Relembre o caso <\/strong><\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi iniciada para apurar a exig\u00eancia de propina para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisas em arquivos da Prefeitura de Florian\u00f3polis visando viabilizar ou dar celeridade a procedimentos relativos a obras, no munic\u00edpio.<\/p><p>Na 1\u00aa fase de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a Pol\u00edcia Civil monitorou a entrega da vantagem indevida, em um parque p\u00fablico da Capital. Na ocasi\u00e3o, um ex-servidor, que exercia a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de fiscal, foi abordado pelos policiais e houve a apreens\u00e3o do dinheiro. Na continuidade da dilig\u00eancia, constatou-se que o investigado portava uma pistola no interior de seu autom\u00f3vel, incorrendo em porte ilegal de arma de fogo.<\/p><p>Na resid\u00eancia do investigado, mais tr\u00eas rev\u00f3lveres em condi\u00e7\u00f5es ilegais tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos, consubstanciando delitos de posse ilegal de arma de fogo. Assim, o alvo foi conduzido at\u00e9 a sede da DEIC, onde foi autuado em flagrante.
