Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), na quinta-feira (03\/07), efetuou opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica e a CIDASC para verificar den\u00fancia de \u201crinha de galos\u201d, no bairro Pantanal, em Florian\u00f3polis.<\/p><p><strong>Entenda o caso<\/strong><\/p><p>Ao receber den\u00fancia de que, no local, de dif\u00edcil acesso via escadaria do Pantanal, existiam diversos galos utilizados para a pr\u00e1tica de rinha, a autoridade policial representou pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o para verifica\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e apreens\u00e3o de objetos de interesse da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Durante a dilig\u00eancia, o perito m\u00e9dico-veterin\u00e1rio oficial do estado verificou as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade e de ambiente dos animais, sendo constatada a pr\u00e1tica de maus-tratos. As aves estavam confinadas em ambiente insalubre e sem \u00e1gua limpa dispon\u00edvel. Al\u00e9m disso, alguns galos apresentavam mutila\u00e7\u00f5es de crista, barbela, orelha e espor\u00e3o, amputa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas para a pr\u00e1tica criminosa com o intuito de melhorar o desempenho e a resist\u00eancia dos animais.
