DIBEA de Florian\u00f3polis, prendeu em flagrante uma mulher pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra um c\u00e3o, sem ra\u00e7a definida, no bairro P\u00e2ntano do Sul, em Florian\u00f3polis\/SC.<\/p><p>O flagrante ocorreu durante opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial, organizada em conjunto com a DIBEA, em raz\u00e3o do acompanhamento de caso dando conta de que a mulher j\u00e1 era negligente com o animal. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ap\u00f3s mudan\u00e7a de resid\u00eancia, a mulher deixou um c\u00e3o que estava sob sua tutela em estado de abandono, sem alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou cuidados adequados, em ambiente insalubre, sendo a subsist\u00eancia do animal assegurada apenas por vizinhos que improvisaram mecanismos para lhe fornecer \u00e1gua e comida, por cima do muro.<\/p><p>No procedimento policial, foram acostadas imagens atinentes a esses fatos e, ap\u00f3s as oitivas efetuadas, inclusive da investigada para orienta\u00e7\u00f5es com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao bem-estar animal, visando a verificar se o can\u00eddeo de fato estava resguardado, organizou-se dilig\u00eancia conjunta de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, quando se constatou situa\u00e7\u00e3o flagrancial, pois o cachorro era mantido na mesma situa\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada.<\/p><p>A mulher foi presa em flagrante e o cachorro \u201cDOG\u201d foi resgatado pela Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal &#8211; DIBEA da Capital, sendo encaminhado para os devidos tr\u00e2mites de atendimento m\u00e9dico-veterin\u00e1rio at\u00e9 a ado\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel. Uma vizinha da tutora, inclusive, est\u00e1 interessada em ficar com ele. Formalizado o auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante na Pol\u00edcia Civil, a presa foi colocada \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder
