Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia da Comarca de Itapema, prendeu em flagrante, na tarde desta sexta-feira (18\/07), um homem acusado de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, \u00a0ap\u00f3s ser flagrado se masturbando na faixa de areia da Meia Praia com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o genital exposto, direcionando o ato a uma mulher que estava no local. A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio quando populares perceberam a conduta do suspeito, contiveram o homem e acionaram a Guarda Municipal, que realizou a pris\u00e3o e o conduziu at\u00e9 a delegacia.<\/p>\n<p>Com base no relato da v\u00edtima e nas circunst\u00e2ncias presenciadas por testemunhas, o Delegado lavrou o auto de pris\u00e3o em flagrante com base no artigo 215-A do C\u00f3digo Penal (importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual).
