comitiva formada por quatro Delegados da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina (PCSC) participa de um curso e interc\u00e2mbio sobre Gerenciamento de Crises em Grandes Incidentes, em Houston, no Texas (EUA). O treinamento tem foco em cat\u00e1strofes naturais, terrorismo, eventos com m\u00faltiplas v\u00edtimas e outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas de grande impacto. A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o busca o aprimoramento t\u00e9cnico e a troca de experi\u00eancias em protocolos de resposta, gest\u00e3o de riscos e atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada entre ag\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>A sele\u00e7\u00e3o da PCSC para o programa se deve ao reconhecimento de seu hist\u00f3rico de atua\u00e7\u00e3o em eventos de grande relev\u00e2ncia. A articula\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Delegados de Pol\u00edcia de Santa Catarina (ADEPOL\/SC), representada por seu presidente, Delegado John Vieira, que tem atuado fortemente na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o da carreira policial.<\/p>\n<p>A comitiva catarinense \u00e9 formada pelos delegados: Anselmo Cruz (Titular da Delegacia de Roubos e Antissequestro da DEIC); Albert Dieison Silveira (Piloto e Coordenador do SAER\/Chapec\u00f3); Daniel Dias (Coordenador da CORE\/SC) e Ronaldo Neckel Moretto (Coordenador da COPC\/SC).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m participa do curso uma comitiva do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, composta por integrantes da Defesa Civil e da Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, ampliando a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os de seguran\u00e7a da regi\u00e3o Sul do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>O curso \u00e9 promovido com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia de Houston e do Servi\u00e7o de Seguran\u00e7a Diplom\u00e1tica dos Estados Unidos, com atividades pr\u00e1ticas, palestras e visitas t\u00e9cnicas voltadas \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de crises, desastres e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o interag\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>O Delegado-Geral de Pol\u00edcia Civil, Dr. Ulisses Gabriel, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cA troca de experi\u00eancias e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com outros pa\u00edses t\u00eam contribu\u00eddo significativamente para a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos policiais, al\u00e9m de aprimorar protocolos e procedimentos operacionais e
