Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, em uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Militar e a Guarda Municipal de Itapema, prendeu no s\u00e1bado (02\/08), um homem condenado por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>O indiv\u00edduo foi localizado em uma resid\u00eancia onde estava morando com a esposa. Contra ele havia um mandado de pris\u00e3o expedido pela Comarca de Curitiba (PR), com pena definitiva de 31 anos, 1 m\u00eas e 10 dias, em regime fechado, pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel \u2014 previsto no artigo 217-A do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro.<\/p><p>Segundo a Guarda Municipal, o caso chamou aten\u00e7\u00e3o porque o condenado n\u00e3o possu\u00eda registros em sistemas de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica do Estado de Santa Catarina, o que exigiu um trabalho de intelig\u00eancia em conjunto com agentes do Paran\u00e1 para identificar seus v\u00ednculos familiares e localiza\u00e7\u00e3o atual.<\/p><p>Com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar, os agentes conseguiram confirmar a identidade do suspeito e realizar a abordagem no im\u00f3vel. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida sem resist\u00eancia.
