A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na pris\u00e3o de oito integrantes do &#8220;Quadro Geral&#8221;, o mais alto escal\u00e3o hier\u00e1rquico da fac\u00e7\u00e3o na cidade. As ordens judiciais decorrem de complexa investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que identificou os respons\u00e1veis por decis\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas do grupo.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o visa responsabilizar l\u00edderes que planejam e autorizam execu\u00e7\u00f5es nos &#8220;tribunais do crime&#8221;. Assim, com base em homic\u00eddios registrados ao longo de 2024, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o identificou membros do grupo que aprovaram pelo menos 14 crimes contra a vida na cidade. Os investigados tamb\u00e9m responder\u00e3o por crimes, como integrar organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada. Na estrutura da fac\u00e7\u00e3o, o Quadro Geral \u00e9 um colegiado de alta influ\u00eancia e controle. Esse conselho possui fun\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, como arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o (d\u00edzimo), gest\u00e3o de bens (patrim\u00f4nio), articula\u00e7\u00e3o (sintonia), relat\u00f3rios (sum\u00e1rio) e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de puni\u00e7\u00f5es (rigor). Destaca-se o cargo de &#8220;Geral da Cidade&#8221;, ocupado por investigado que estava h\u00e1 mais de 10 anos a frente do conselho. As fun\u00e7\u00f5es destes criminosos abrangem desde a administra\u00e7\u00e3o rotineira da fac\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o de san\u00e7\u00f5es severas, as &#8220;disciplinas&#8221;. Essas puni\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser aplicadas a membros, rivais ou at\u00e9 mesmo a indiv\u00edduos sem envolvimento com o crime que desrespeitem as regras da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, alguns alvos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o tinham acesso direto aos dirigentes e fundadores da fac\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o evidencia o grau de influ\u00eancia e a periculosidade dos presos, funcionando como pe\u00e7as-chave na estrutura do crime organizado.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m das ordens de pris\u00f5es cumpridas nesta manh\u00e3, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o tornou poss\u00edvel a pris\u00e3o em flagrante de dois indiv\u00edduos pelo crime de embara\u00e7ar investiga\u00e7\u00e3o policial em raz\u00e3o da destrui\u00e7\u00e3o proposital de vest\u00edgios, al\u00e9m de uma pris\u00e3o em flagrante pelo crime de tr\u00e1fico de coca\u00edna, totalizando 11 pris\u00f5es na manh\u00e3 de hoje.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio de 60 policiais civis das seguintes delegacias: Especializadas do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC), 1\u00ba DP, 2\u00ba DP, 3\u00baDP, 5\u00baDP, 6\u00baDP, DPCAMI, DPCo S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul, DPCo Itapo\u00e1, DPCo de Garuva. Ainda, policiais penais auxiliaram nos trabalhos de captura por meio de unidades de monitoramento eletr\u00f4nico. Por fim, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o essencial aux\u00edlio da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica nos exames relacionados aos vest\u00edgios
