Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 3\u00aa Delegacia de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o DECOR\/DEIC, deflagrou nesta quinta-feira (07\/08), uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o voltada a desarticular um esquema de ingresso ilegal de objetos eletr\u00f4nicos na Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville.<\/p><p>Segundo as apura\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, que deram ensejo \u00e0 deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o da 1\u00aa fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCorros\u00e3o\u201d, em 26 de novembro de 2024, integrantes de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa buscaram cooptar agentes terceirizados com v\u00ednculo com o sistema prisional, a fim de possibilitar o ingresso ilegal de aparelhos telef\u00f4nicos na Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville, a fim de que detentos tivessem acesso aos dispositivos.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o da primeira opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram analisados diversos objetos apreendidos, culminando com o indiciamento de investigados e representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de novos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e de pris\u00e3o preventiva, em raz\u00e3o do descobrimento de novos envolvidos na trama criminosa.<\/p><p>Na data de hoje foram cumpridos sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra diversos investigados e um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido em desfavor de um advogado que, utilizando ilegalmente de suas prerrogativas, passou a atuar em prol de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa atuante no Estado de Santa Catarina.<\/p><p>Participaram da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, policiais civis da 3\u00aa DECOR, da DECOR\/DEIC, da CECOR\/DEIC e da DLAV\/DEIC, Policiais Penais integrantes da Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville e o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Santa Catarina, por meio da 13\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Joinville. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o de Peritos e Agentes de Per\u00edcia Criminal da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica de Santa Catarina. Por fim, as dilig\u00eancias foram acompanhadas por membros da Comiss\u00e3o de Prerrogativas da
