data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina deflagrou, nesta quinta-feira (07\/08), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTop Off\u201d, coordenada pela Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DCAC\/DEIC).<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelaram que um conglomerado de empresas funcionava como uma extensa rede de pirataria, organizada para distribuir produtos contrafeitos de uma famosa marca diretamente ao consumidor final, abrangendo todo o territ\u00f3rio catarinense e estendendo-se ao estado do Paran\u00e1.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o policial envolveu o cumprimento de 36 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, englobando 26 estabelecimentos comerciais distribu\u00eddos em 16 munic\u00edpios, um centro de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias, a sede administrativa e as resid\u00eancias dos respons\u00e1veis pelas pessoas jur\u00eddicas envolvidas.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na apreens\u00e3o de aproximadamente 15 mil itens falsificados, incluindo fones de ouvido, capas de celular e cabos de carregamento. O valor total das mercadorias apreendidas alcan\u00e7ou R$ 750 mil. Foram coletados tamb\u00e9m equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos e documentos que permitir\u00e3o o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em curso.<\/p><p>Os munic\u00edpios contemplados foram Florian\u00f3polis, S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, Palho\u00e7a, Bigua\u00e7u, Ararangu\u00e1, S\u00e3o Francisco do Sul, Balne\u00e1rio Cambori\u00fa, Itaja\u00ed, Porto Belo, Itapema, Chapec\u00f3, Barra Velha, Joinville, Rio do Sul, Jaragu\u00e1 do Sul e Curitiba\/PR.<\/p><p><strong>Bloqueio de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es em bens dos investigados<\/strong><\/p><p>Al\u00e9m das apreens\u00f5es, a Justi\u00e7a determinou o sequestro de bens e valores no montante de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es, incluindo o bloqueio de contas banc\u00e1rias, im\u00f3veis, embarca\u00e7\u00f5es e ve\u00edculos vinculados aos suspeitos.<\/p><p>Os suspeitos responder\u00e3o por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria.
