data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (12\/08), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina concluiu o inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurou as circunst\u00e2ncias da morte de Cezar Mauricio Ferreira, ocorrida em 19 de julho de 2025, nas depend\u00eancias da Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9. Ap\u00f3s uma apura\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o concluiu que n\u00e3o houve a pr\u00e1tica de conduta criminosa \u2014 seja por a\u00e7\u00e3o, omiss\u00e3o ou neglig\u00eancia \u2014 por parte dos agentes p\u00fablicos envolvidos no caso. <br><br>Os laudos da Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica apontaram que a morte foi causada por uma arritmia card\u00edaca decorrente de uma cardiopatia hipertr\u00f3fica preexistente. Exames complementares tamb\u00e9m detectaram no organismo do dentista a presen\u00e7a de analg\u00e9sicos, antibi\u00f3ticos, relaxantes musculares e medicamentos para tratar diabetes, depress\u00e3o e a pr\u00f3pria condi\u00e7\u00e3o card\u00edaca.<br><br>O objetivo da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o foi reconstruir os fatos de maneira imparcial e transparente. Para isso, todas as pessoas envolvidas foram ouvidas e foi garantido ao procurador da fam\u00edlia acesso irrestrito aos autos. A conclus\u00e3o foi solidamente embasada em depoimentos, documentos e, principalmente, em laudos periciais t\u00e9cnicos.<br><br>Com base nos elementos informativos, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o encontrou evid\u00eancias de conduta t\u00edpica dolosa (comissiva ou omissiva) ou na sua forma culposa, nem desvios operacionais que configurassem infra\u00e7\u00e3o penal ou administrativa. <br><br>Assim, em conformidade com o art. 2\u00ba, \u00a76\u00ba, da Lei 12.830\/2013, que determina que o indiciamento \u00e9 um ato fundamentado da autoridade policial, mediante an\u00e1lise t\u00e9cnico-jur\u00eddica do fato, que dever\u00e1 indicar a autoria, materialidade e suas circunst\u00e2ncias, o delegado do caso, Akira Sato, concluiu pela aus\u00eancia de requisitos para tal medida, finalizando o inqu\u00e9rito sem o indiciamento dos envolvidos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil conclui inqu\u00e9rito sobre a morte de homem em S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (12\/08), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina concluiu o inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurou as circunst\u00e2ncias da morte de Cezar Mauricio Ferreira, ocorrida em 19 de julho de 2025, nas depend\u00eancias da Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.
