data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Laguna, concluiu inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurava den\u00fancia de pr\u00e1tica de racismo contra uma estudante do ensino fundamental no munic\u00edpio de Laguna.<\/p><p>O fato ocorreu no m\u00eas de abril de 2025, quando a v\u00edtima, de 13 anos de idade, relatou ter sido alvo de ofensas de cunho racial proferidas por um professor durante a aula. O epis\u00f3dio foi presenciado por outros alunos e posteriormente levado ao conhecimento da dire\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade escolar, que instaurou procedimento administrativo interno.<\/p><p>No decorrer da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, foram ouvidos testemunhas e servidores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino, que confirmaram a vers\u00e3o apresentada pela respons\u00e1vel legal da v\u00edtima. O investigado, em interrogat\u00f3rio, negou ter tido inten\u00e7\u00e3o discriminat\u00f3ria, embora tenha admitido coment\u00e1rios relacionados \u00e0 apar\u00eancia da estudante.<\/p><p>Com base no conjunto probat\u00f3rio, a autoridade policial concluiu pela exist\u00eancia de ind\u00edcios suficientes da pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto no artigo 20, da Lei n\u00ba 7.716\/89, procedendo ao indiciamento do suspeito.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, a autoridade respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, Delegado Rubem Teston, representou pela aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas cautelares, visando \u00e0 suspens\u00e3o das atividades docentes do investigado em sala de aula, bem como, \u00e0 proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de contato e aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 v\u00edtima e seus familiares, a fim de resguardar sua integridade f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p><p>O inqu\u00e9rito policial ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio para as provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil conclui inqu\u00e9rito e indicia professor por crime de racismo em Laguna A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Laguna, concluiu inqu\u00e9rito policial que apurava den\u00fancia de pr\u00e1tica de racismo contra uma estudante do ensino fundamental no munic\u00edpio de Laguna.
