Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 1\u00aa Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (DECOR) deflagrou na data de hoje (21\/08), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cColeta Dirigida\u201d, com o objetivo de dar cumprimento a 12 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de Palho\u00e7a\/SC; um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo\/SP; cinco intima\u00e7\u00f5es para cumprimento de medidas cautelares diversas da pris\u00e3o; sequestro de bens e valores at\u00e9 o montante de R$ 1.000.000,00 (um milh\u00e3o de reais).<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o decorre de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o conduzida por referida unidade especializada, a qual apura irregularidades em Preg\u00e3o Presencial do ano de 2020, realizado no \u00e2mbito da Prefeitura Municipal de Palho\u00e7a, cujo objeto consistiu na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresa para disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, transporte, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres de coleta de lixo domiciliar.<\/p><p>Os elementos colhidos indicam que o Munic\u00edpio de Palho\u00e7a j\u00e1 mantinha contrato firmado em 2017 abrangendo servi\u00e7os de limpeza urbana. Contudo, ap\u00f3s aditivo celebrado em 2020, referido ajuste sofreu a supress\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de cont\u00eaineres.<\/p><p>Paralelamente, apurou-se que, no ano de 2019, o s\u00f3cio da empresa originalmente contratada teria constitu\u00eddo nova pessoa jur\u00eddica por interm\u00e9dio de interposta pessoa (\u201claranja\u201d), a qual participou do mencionado preg\u00e3o e sagrou-se vencedora, com valor anual aproximado de R$ 7.200.000,00 (sete milh\u00f5es e duzentos mil reais).<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram a pr\u00e1tica do chamado \u201cjogo de planilhas\u201d, destinado a majorar os pagamentos vinculados ao uso dos cont\u00eaineres, havendo ind\u00edcios de direcionamento do certame, mediante conluio entre empres\u00e1rios, agentes p\u00fablicos e agentes pol\u00edticos do Munic\u00edpio de Palho\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m da equipe da 1\u00aa DECOR, tamb\u00e9m participaram das opera\u00e7\u00f5es os agentes da CECOR, DECOR\/DEIC, 2\u00aa DECOR, 3\u00aa DECOR, 4\u00aa DECOR, 5\u00aa DECOR, DEDIR\/DEIC, DCAC\/DEIC, DRRDI\/DEIC, LAB\/DEIC, al\u00e9m do apoio do setor de Capturas da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
