data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina deflagrou, nesta quinta-feira (21\/08), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cEstampa Fria\u201d, coordenada pela Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DCAC\/DEIC). As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es identificaram uma confec\u00e7\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de Brusque que funcionava como centro de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vestu\u00e1rio contrafeitos.\u00a0<\/p><p>No local eram confeccionadas roupas falsificadas de marcas de renome. A produ\u00e7\u00e3o era realizada em larga escala e estabeleceu uma rede de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o que abrangia todo o Brasil.<\/p><p>Foi dado cumprimento a oito mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Brusque, Blumenau e Gabiruba, englobando a f\u00e1brica das pe\u00e7as, um galp\u00e3o de armazenamento e as resid\u00eancias dos suspeitos.<\/p><p>As dilig\u00eancias resultaram na apreens\u00e3o de aproximadamente 250 mil pe\u00e7as de vestu\u00e1rio falsificadas com valor total de cerca de R$ 20 milh\u00f5es. Na f\u00e1brica foram apreendidas mais de 1,5 milh\u00e3o de etiquetas usadas como mat\u00e9ria prima para as falsifica\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como maquin\u00e1rio avaliado em aproximadamente R$ 2 milh\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Durante as buscas na resid\u00eancia de um dos suspeitos, foi apreendido um rev\u00f3lver. O propriet\u00e1rio foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de posse ilegal de arma de fogo de uso permitido e liberado ap\u00f3s o pagamento de fian\u00e7a. Foram ainda coletados equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos e documentos que permitir\u00e3o o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Os suspeitos responder\u00e3o por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
