Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia da Comarca de Ascurra, deflagrou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o na tarde desta segunda-feira (25\/08), que resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de um homem de 19 anos por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e crimes ambientais no munic\u00edpio de Rodeio.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre atividades suspeitas envolvendo a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de aves silvestres e a poss\u00edvel presen\u00e7a de um foragido da justi\u00e7a no local. Durante a abordagem os policiais civis constataram a presen\u00e7a de 12 aves da fauna silvestre mantidas em cativeiro sem a devida documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo trinca-ferros, coleiras, azul\u00f5es, sabi\u00e1s e can\u00e1rios-da-terra, todas sem anilhas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, configurando crime contra a fauna.<\/p><p>O que inicialmente seria uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada aos crimes ambientais evoluiu para a descoberta de um ponto de tr\u00e1fico de drogas quando os agentes notaram a incompatibilidade entre as prec\u00e1rias condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida do suspeito e o alto valor necess\u00e1rio para manter tantas aves em cativeiro.<\/p><p>Os policiais constaram que havia um movimento intenso e suspeito de pessoas frequentando a resid\u00eancia em diversos hor\u00e1rios, caracter\u00edstica t\u00edpica de pontos de venda de entorpecentes. Durante as buscas, foram encontradas subst\u00e2ncias il\u00edcitas estrategicamente escondidas em diferentes pontos da casa: uma quantidade de maconha no congelador, certa quantidade de coca\u00edna em um fundo falso do guarda-roupas e uma grande pedra de crack em uma bolsa no quarto.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m das drogas, os policiais apreenderam equipamentos t\u00edpicos do tr\u00e1fico, como balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o, embalagens pl\u00e1sticas para fracionamento, dois aparelhos celulares, uma m\u00e1quina de cart\u00e3o e R$ 69 em dinheiro.
