Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DIC) de Blumenau, indiciou o propriet\u00e1rio e respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnico de hospital veterin\u00e1rio, pelos crimes de maus-tratos contra animais e crime contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo.<\/p><p>O indiciamento foi realizado ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apurou irregularidades graves no funcionamento do estabelecimento veterin\u00e1rio, identificadas durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta realizada nos dias 25 e 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2025. A fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o envolveu \u00f3rg\u00e3os da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria e da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade de Blumenau, ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia sobre condi\u00e7\u00f5es inadequadas no local.<\/p><p>Durante as vistorias, foram encontradas diversas viola\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s normas sanit\u00e1rias e de prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal, incluindo grande quantidade de medicamentos humanos e veterin\u00e1rios vencidos distribu\u00eddos por todo o hospital, em \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas como centro cir\u00fargico, consult\u00f3rios e setor de interna\u00e7\u00e3o dos animais. Os fiscais tamb\u00e9m constataram medicamentos oncol\u00f3gicos vencidos armazenados inadequadamente, equipamentos m\u00e9dicos com prazo de esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o expirado prontos para uso, ra\u00e7\u00e3o vencida sendo fornecida aos animais internados e condi\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias inadequadas nas \u00e1reas de atendimento.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o policial demonstrou que os medicamentos vencidos estavam prontos para o uso em animais eventualmente atendidos no estabelecimento, caracterizando maus-tratos. Foram colhidos depoimentos de fiscais especializados da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria e do setor de meio ambiente, al\u00e9m de amplo material fotogr\u00e1fico que documenta as irregularidades encontradas.<\/p><p>Durante o inqu\u00e9rito, constatou-se ainda poss\u00edvel tentativa de adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de evid\u00eancias, quando medicamentos que estavam sob cust\u00f3dia da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o apresentaram sinais de altera\u00e7\u00e3o nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es de validade entre as duas visitas realizadas.<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil indiciou o respons\u00e1vel pelos crimes de maus-tratos contra animais, previsto no artigo 32 da Lei n\u00ba 9.605\/1998, e por crime contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, conforme artigo 7\u00ba, inciso IX, da Lei n\u00ba 8.137\/1990, por manter em dep\u00f3sito medicamentos em condi\u00e7\u00f5es impr\u00f3prias ao consumo e o Inqu\u00e9rito ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
