Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio do Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Capturas \u2013 SIC, da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Ituporanga, ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, conseguiu localizar um homem de 23 anos que estava foragido da justi\u00e7a catarinense desde mar\u00e7o\/2025.<\/p><p>O homem havia sido investigado por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico pela Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Ituporanga no ano de 2024, em raz\u00e3o de os crimes terem ocorrido neste munic\u00edpio. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ele foi denunciado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e posteriormente condenado pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio da 2\u00aa Vara da Comarca de Ituporanga a uma pena de 8 anos de pris\u00e3o em regime fechado.<\/p><p>Com a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do Mandado de Pris\u00e3o em mar\u00e7o\/2025 o SIC passou a realizar dilig\u00eancias investigativas, a fim de localizar o foragido.
