Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 4\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Especializada de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (DECOR), deflagrou nesta quinta-feira (04\/09), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCredenciamento\u201d, visando investigar crimes contra as licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contra a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, ocorridos na Prefeitura de Timb\u00f3\/SC.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o gira em torno da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas pessoas jur\u00eddicas no \u00e2mbito de uma mesma fam\u00edlia, de modo a viabilizar v\u00e1rias contrata\u00e7\u00f5es do mesmo grupo econ\u00f4mico sem licita\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso porque o procedimento de credenciamento permite a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta (por inexigibilidade de licita\u00e7\u00e3o). As contrata\u00e7\u00f5es ocorreram entre os anos de 2022 e 2024.<\/p><p>O suposto esquema criminoso somente obteve sucesso porque servidores p\u00fablicos direcionavam contrata\u00e7\u00f5es para as pessoas jur\u00eddicas investigadas.<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil obteve ind\u00edcios de que esses servidores, que atuaram nas Secretarias de Obras e de Sa\u00fade, receberam vantagens il\u00edcitas, o que possivelmente tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a presente investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Foram cumpridos seis mandados de busca domiciliar. O poder judici\u00e1rio, de forma cautelar, proibiu os suspeitos de contratar com o poder p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>Participaram da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s seguintes unidades policiais: CECOR, DECOR\/DEIC, 1\u00aa DECOR, 2\u00aa DECOR, 3\u00aa DECOR, LAB\/DEIC, DRRDI\/DEIC, coordenados pela 4\u00aa DECOR.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
