Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o \u00e0s Drogas da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais, com apoio do Servi\u00e7o Aeropolicial, deflagrou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cNevoeiro\u201d, voltada ao combate ao tr\u00e1fico interestadual de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p><p>O l\u00edder da associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico foi preso, preventivamente, ainda dentro do avi\u00e3o, no aeroporto de Guarulhos, com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Federal. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apurou a responsabilidade pela log\u00edstica e pagamentos do transporte da carga de 10 toneladas de maconha, apreendida em Joa\u00e7aba, no dia 13 de junho deste ano.<\/p><p><strong>Resultados da opera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou no cumprimento de um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva e 12 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da determina\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas assecurat\u00f3rias por meio do sequestro de valores at\u00e9 o limite de R$ 25 milh\u00f5es nas contas dos investigados e de suas empresas.<\/p><p>Os mandados judiciais foram cumpridos simultaneamente nos munic\u00edpios de Guarulhos (SP), Xanxer\u00ea, Chapec\u00f3, Ponte Serrada e Faxinal dos Guedes.<\/p><p>As buscas resultaram tamb\u00e9m na apreens\u00e3o de aparelhos celulares, valores em esp\u00e9cie e quatro ve\u00edculos.<\/p><p><strong>Empresas investigadas<\/strong><\/p><p>Foram alvo das buscas e bloqueio de bens quatro empresas pertencentes aos investigados. Os ind\u00edcios apontam que essas empresas do ramo de postos de combust\u00edveis e transportes, localizadas em Xanxer\u00ea e Faxinal dos Guedes, assim como um bar sertanejo inaugurado h\u00e1 poucos meses em Chapec\u00f3, possuem finalidade simulada, voltadas \u00e0 blindagem patrimonial e movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de valores provenientes do narcotr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p><strong>Apoio operacional<\/strong><\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio do Servi\u00e7o Aeropolicial de Fronteira (SAER\/Fron), bem como de outras unidades policiais civis: DRAS\/DEIC, DIC de Chapec\u00f3, DIC de Xanxer\u00ea, DPCO de Ponte Serrada, DPCO de Coronel Freitas, DPMU de Faxinal dos Guedes, Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia de Chapec\u00f3 e Pol\u00edcia Federal de Guarulhos.<\/p><p><strong>Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores<\/strong><\/p><p>Cumpre registrar que outros cinco investigados, respons\u00e1veis pelo transporte da carga apreendida em junho, j\u00e1 se encontram presos e denunciados pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o
