data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nesta quarta-feira (10\/09), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Capturas da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DECAP\/DEIC), cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria contra um homem, pelo crime previsto no artigo 157, \u00a7 3\u00b0do C\u00f3digo Penal. A ordem judicial foi expedida pela\u00a0Vara\u00a0Criminal de Imbituba.<\/p><p>O homem \u00e9 investigado pelo crime de latroc\u00ednio, ocorrido no m\u00eas de agosto de 2025, na cidade tur\u00edstica de Ipojuca (PE). O crime causou grande repercuss\u00e3o no estado de Pernambuco, uma vez que a v\u00edtima era motorista de aplicativo na cidade tur\u00edstica de Ipojuca, pr\u00f3xima a Porto de Galinhas.\u00a0Na ocasi\u00e3o, o motorista foi encontrado algemado e morto a facadas, al\u00e9m de ter seu ve\u00edculo incendiado pelo autor dos fatos.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o fato, o investigado fugiu para Santa Catarina.\u00a0Ap\u00f3s solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de apoio da Diretoria se Intelig\u00eancia de Pernambuco, por interm\u00e9dio da Delegacia de Intelig\u00eancia da PCSC, foram iniciadas as dilig\u00eancias para localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pris\u00e3o do homem.<\/p><p>\u00a0No in\u00edcio desta manh\u00e3 (10\/09), o homem foi localizado pelos policiais da DECAP\/DEIC saindo de sua resid\u00eancia, onde estava morando h\u00e1 sete dias, em Bigua\u00e7u.<\/p><p>Den\u00fancias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a foragidos da Justi\u00e7a podem ser encaminhadas para o e-mail deic-capturas@pc.sc.gov.br. Al\u00e9m disso, pelo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.pc.sc.gov.br\/foragidos\/\"><strong>Portal Foragidos da PCSC<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00e9 poss\u00edvel conhecer a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de procurados pela Justi\u00e7a.
