Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Itai\u00f3polis, deflagrou, na quarta-feira (10\/09), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cMarca de Ferro\u201d, que resultou na pris\u00e3o de tr\u00eas integrantes de uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada respons\u00e1vel por furtos de gado na regi\u00e3o de Itai\u00f3polis e na interdi\u00e7\u00e3o de um frigor\u00edfico clandestino.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, iniciada em agosto de 2025, apurou crimes de furto qualificado (abigeato), associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada, posse ilegal de arma de fogo e recepta\u00e7\u00e3o. O trabalho policial come\u00e7ou ap\u00f3s um produtor rural da localidade de Rio Vermelho encontrar os restos de um bovino de alto valor gen\u00e9tico, com quase 500kg, abatido em sua propriedade. O crime foi registrado por c\u00e2meras, que mostraram o modo de atua\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo.<\/p><p><strong>O esquema criminoso<\/strong><\/p><p>As imagens revelaram que, horas antes do crime, em 1\u00ba de agosto, um vizinho da v\u00edtima marcou o port\u00e3o da propriedade com um saco pl\u00e1stico, sinal utilizado para indicar o alvo aos executores. Durante a madrugada de 2 de agosto, quatro homens chegaram a p\u00e9: um deles armado com espingarda, outro com uma serra de a\u00e7ougueiro e dois vestidos com roupas camufladas. O grupo abateu o animal no pasto e utilizou um ve\u00edculo VW\/SpaceFox para transportar a carne furtada.<\/p><p>As an\u00e1lises e cruzamentos de dados de intelig\u00eancia permitiram identificar tr\u00eas dos quatro executores, o motorista do carro de fuga e outros suspeitos de prestar apoio log\u00edstico. A apura\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m demonstrou que o grupo criminoso realizava previamente o reconhecimento das \u00e1reas rurais.<\/p><p><strong>Fase ostensiva<\/strong><\/p><p>Com os elementos reunidos, a Pol\u00edcia Civil cumpriu mandados de pris\u00e3o e de busca e apreens\u00e3o na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (10\/09). A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na captura de suspeitos e na descoberta de um frigor\u00edfico clandestino, que, segundo os ind\u00edcios, recebia a carne furtada.<\/p><p>Os presos foram interrogados e encaminhados ao Sistema Prisional, onde permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam para capturar um foragido e identificar outros colaboradores e receptadores da carne.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m dos crimes de associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e abigeato, os respons\u00e1veis pelo frigor\u00edfico tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e3o responder por falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de selos sanit\u00e1rios e delitos contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, caso confirmados pela
