Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Roubos (DRR\/DIC Crici\u00fama, concluiu a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apurou um golpe conhecido como \u201csextors\u00e3o\u201d. A v\u00edtima foi amea\u00e7ada por conta de troca de fotos \u00edntimas com uma suposta menor de idade. Os criminosos simularam ser agentes p\u00fablicos e exigiram pagamentos em dinheiro para encerrar um suposto inqu\u00e9rito policial, que resultou em grande preju\u00edzo financeiro.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias, a equipe da DRR\/DIC Crici\u00fama identificou um esquema criminoso articulado. Os valores pagos pela v\u00edtima foram depositados\/transferidos para contas de quatro mulheres, que atuaram como \u201cinterpostas pessoas\u201d (laranjas), repassando os recursos a outros destinat\u00e1rios.\u00a0<\/p><p>Cinco mulheres\u00a0com resid\u00eancias\u00a0no Rio Grande do Sul tiveram suas participa\u00e7\u00f5es identificadas, com recebimento de valores extorquidos e posterior remessa para outras contas. Em algumas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o financeira indicou caracter\u00edsticas de \u201cconta de passagem\u201d e lavagem de dinheiro, com saques em esp\u00e9cie para dificultar o rastreio.\u00a0Ainda, dois homens tiveram seus envolvimentos definidos pela investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. A dupla masculina tem hist\u00f3rico de passagem pelo sistema prisional do Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o demonstrou que alguns dos destinat\u00e1rios finais\u00a0dos valores estiveram presos em uma mesma penitenci\u00e1ria no Rio Grande do Sul. Esse fato, somado \u00e0 constata\u00e7\u00e3o de que a &#8220;sextors\u00e3o&#8221; \u00e9 uma pr\u00e1tica reiterada por grupos criminosos ga\u00fachos, corrobora a tese de uma associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa organizada para a pr\u00e1tica desses delitos.<\/p><p>Ao final da apura\u00e7\u00e3o, houve conclus\u00e3o pelo indiciamento de sete pessoas pelos crimes de extors\u00e3o qualificada, associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e lavagem de capitais. Diante da gravidade dos crimes e da robustez das provas coletadas, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina requereu a pris\u00e3o preventiva dos sete indiciados.
