Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Fronteira do Munic\u00edpio de Planalto Alegre, prendeu, na tarde desta sexta-feira (12\/09), um indiv\u00edduo de 34 anos, foragido da justi\u00e7a.<\/p><p>A pris\u00e3o se originou na apura\u00e7\u00e3o do crime de estupro, tendo como v\u00edtima uma mulher da mesma idade, na Linha Caroba, zona rural da Cidade de Planalto Alegre.<\/p><p>O crime ocorreu no dia 09 de setembro de 2025, por volta das 14h55min,quando a v\u00edtima estava retornando de atendimento m\u00e9dico em um posto local, naquele munic\u00edpio. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o suspeito em posse de uma faca, a agarrou e a puxou para o matagal, momento em que passou a retirar as roupas da v\u00edtima.<\/p><p>Tentando evitar a pr\u00e1tica do crime, a ofendida disse ao investigado que seria portadora do v\u00edrus HIV, ocasi\u00e3o em que o suspeito desistiu de realizar a conjun\u00e7\u00e3o carnal, mas se despiu e ejaculou no rosto da v\u00edtima, empreendendo fuga logo em seguida.<\/p><p>No mesmo dia da pr\u00e1tica da infra\u00e7\u00e3o penal, a Pol\u00edcia Civil deu in\u00edcio \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, logrando \u00eaxito na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o do suspeito, no que continha em seu desfavor, um mandando de pris\u00e3o, por senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria, a pr\u00e1tica do mesmo crime, bem como dos crimes de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e roubo, a uma pena privativa de liberdade de 16 anos.<\/p><p>Na tarde de hoje, os policias civis deram cumprimento \u00e0 ordem judicial, capturando o investigado no centro da cidade de Planalto Alegre.<\/p><p>Interrogado, o suspeito permaneceu em sil\u00eancio.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s os procedimentos legais, o investigado foi encaminhado para o sistema prisional de Chapec\u00f3, local em que permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a.<\/p><p>A pris\u00e3o contou com o apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Fronteira da Cidade de Caxambu do Sul.<\/p><p>Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que gera resultado!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil prende foragido da Justi\u00e7a condenado pelos crimes de estupro e roubo em Planalto Alegre A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Fronteira do Munic\u00edpio de Planalto Alegre, prendeu, na tarde desta sexta-feira (12\/09), um indiv\u00edduo de 34 anos, foragido da justi\u00e7a.
