data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No s\u00e1bado (20\/09), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Navegantes, cumpriu um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra uma mulher, investigada pela pr\u00e1tica reiterada dos crimes de estelionato em continuidade delitiva (art. 171, caput, do C\u00f3digo Penal).<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, conduzidas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, reuniram elementos que apontam a exist\u00eancia de diversos golpes praticados pela investigada e tiveram in\u00edcio com o registro de m\u00faltiplos boletins de ocorr\u00eancia relatando golpes envolvendo falsas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es de bens e servi\u00e7os na Comarca de Navegantes.<\/p><p>Segundo o Delegado respons\u00e1vel pela opera\u00e7\u00e3o, \u201ca pris\u00e3o da investigada \u00e9 fundamental para resguardar a ordem p\u00fablica e impedir a continuidade das pr\u00e1ticas delitivas, uma vez que h\u00e1 ind\u00edcios de sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o reiterada em golpes de estelionato na regi\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p><p>Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, foram apreendidos documentos, aparelhos celulares e outros objetos de interesse do inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a que as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es demonstram o compromisso institucional no combate aos crimes patrimoniais, sobretudo aqueles que afetam a boa-f\u00e9 das v\u00edtimas e causam significativo preju\u00edzo econ\u00f4mico e social, orientando eventuais v\u00edtimas a procurarem a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia para formalizarem novos boletins de ocorr\u00eancia.<\/p><p>A equipe da delegacia de Pol\u00edcia em Navegantes est\u00e1 atenta a den\u00fancias de crimes praticados, deixando a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o os telefones 181 ou pelo wapp (47) 3398-6400, para informa\u00e7\u00f5es e den\u00fancias, garantindo-se o total
