Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Divis\u00e3o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Maravilha, deflagrou nesta quarta-feira (24\/09), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cN\u00eamesis\u201d, com o objetivo de combater o tr\u00e1fico de drogas e o crime organizado na regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou no cumprimento integral de 13 ordens judiciais, sendo sete mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria e seis mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o. As ordens foram cumpridas no munic\u00edpio de Maravilha, contando com o apoio de 42 policiais civis, al\u00e9m do emprego de equipes especializadas do SAER (Servi\u00e7o Aeropolicial de Fronteira), do N\u00facleo de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com C\u00e3es (NOC) de Chapec\u00f3 e do efetivo da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Protetor.<\/p><p>Os alvos s\u00e3o suspeitos da pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, que j\u00e1 duram cerca de 60 dias, apontam para um grupo criminoso estruturado e atuante com extrema viol\u00eancia, especialmente contra desafetos e devedores ligados ao tr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p>A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00eamesis decorre da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Hefestos, deflagrada anteriormente pela mesma unidade policial, evidenciando o aprofundamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es de repress\u00e3o qualificada contra a criminalidade na regi\u00e3o de fronteira.<\/p><p>Durante as dilig\u00eancias, foram apreendidos aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos, que agora ser\u00e3o analisados pela equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o com o intuito de coletar novos elementos probat\u00f3rios que possam refor\u00e7ar o inqu\u00e9rito policial em curso.<\/p><p>Os presos, cinco homens e duas mulheres, foram encaminhados ao Pres\u00eddio Regional de Maravilha, onde permanecer\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p><p>O nome &#8220;N\u00caMESIS&#8221; faz refer\u00eancia \u00e0 deusa grega da retribui\u00e7\u00e3o, simbolizando a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a de forma implac\u00e1vel e proporcional, em contrapartida \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es il\u00edcitas praticadas pelos investigados. Conforme expressado na filosofia da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, trata-se da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o direta das ferramentas forjadas pela Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Hefestos, representando a certeza de que a lei alcan\u00e7ar\u00e1 os culpados, restaurando a ordem e a seguran\u00e7a.<\/p><p>Essa \u00e9 a segunda grande opera\u00e7\u00e3o contra o tr\u00e1fico de drogas realizada no munic\u00edpio de Maravilha no per\u00edodo de um m\u00eas, j\u00e1 resultando em mais de dez
