Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia da Comarca de Ascurra, com apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Timb\u00f3, prendeu em flagrante dois homens na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (24\/09), durante o cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em resid\u00eancias no bairro Subida, na localidade da Chapada.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida pelo Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Comarca de Ascurra em dois endere\u00e7os distintos. Durante as buscas, os agentes apreenderam um total de cinco armas de fogo de diferentes calibres e diversas muni\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Os mandados foram expedidos no \u00e2mbito de inqu\u00e9rito policial que tramita na Comarca de Api\u00fana e est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de uma tentativa de homic\u00eddio ocorrida no dia 25 de julho de 2025, na mesma regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p>As armas apreendidas n\u00e3o possuem registro junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes. Um das armas tinha a numera\u00e7\u00e3o suprimida, enquanto outra havia sido modificada em seu calibre original, caracterizando adultera\u00e7\u00e3o do armamento.<\/p><p>O primeiro suspeito, de 49 anos, foi detido em sua pr\u00f3pria resid\u00eancia, onde foram encontradas quatro armas de fogo. J\u00e1 o segundo investigado, de 26 anos, foi localizado em uma oficina, ap\u00f3s os policiais descobrirem uma arma e muni\u00e7\u00f5es em sua casa durante sua aus\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Ambos foram encaminhados para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Comarca de Ascurra e autuados por posse ilegal de arma de fogo de calibre restrito e ap\u00f3s a lavratura do Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante
