Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Fronteira de Cunha Por\u00e3 com apoio da DIC de Maravilha, deflagrou na tarde desta quarta-feira (01\/10) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cAbastecimento Fantasma\u201d, destinada ao cumprimento de mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedidos pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura fraudes em abastecimentos de combust\u00edveis e falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos em preju\u00edzo da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Municipal.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio a partir de den\u00fancia formalizada pela Prefeitura de Cunha Por\u00e3, que identificou requisi\u00e7\u00f5es de abastecimento adulteradas, falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de assinaturas de servidores, diverg\u00eancias em registros de hor\u00edmetro e notas fiscais apresentadas para cobran\u00e7a de abastecimentos que n\u00e3o ocorreram.<\/p><p>Durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, foram reunidos ind\u00edcios de que um representante da empresa fornecedora de combust\u00edveis estaria emitindo notas fiscais fraudulentas, com a finalidade de obter pagamentos indevidos de recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p><p>O cumprimento dos mandados nesta fase da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o visa apreender requisi\u00e7\u00f5es de abastecimento, notas fiscais, al\u00e9m de imagens de c\u00e2meras de monitoramento que possam comprovar a inexist\u00eancia dos abastecimentos registrados.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o segue em andamento, sob sigilo, com an\u00e1lise de documentos, oitivas de testemunhas e dilig\u00eancias complementares que poder\u00e3o confirmar a extens\u00e3o do esquema criminoso e delimitar a responsabilidade dos
