Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Ituporanga, realizou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o na tarde desta quarta-feira (01\/10), que resultou na apreens\u00e3o de uma quantidade significativa de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos e na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de duas pessoas.<\/p><p>O trabalho foi conduzido pelo Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Capturas (SIC) da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Ituporanga, com o apoio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Crian\u00e7a, Adolescente, Mulher e Idoso (DPCAMI).<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s a Pol\u00edcia Civil receber uma den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Santa Catarina (MPSC), que informava sobre a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos \u2014 itens proibidos no Brasil pela ANVISA \u2014 em um estabelecimento comercial no centro da cidade.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias investigativas, os policiais civis, em conjunto com servidores da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria de Ituporanga, realizaram uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no local. Foram encontrados e apreendidos: 61 cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos, 11 ess\u00eancias para cigarro eletr\u00f4nico, tr\u00eas caixas de suporte para cigarro eletr\u00f4nico e cinco caixas de resist\u00eancias para cigarros eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p><p>Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o de flagrante, as duas pessoas presentes no estabelecimento \u2014 um homem de 19 anos e uma mulher de 23 anos \u2014 foram presas e encaminhadas \u00e0 Delegacia, onde foi lavrado Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante pelo crime de descaminho.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o procedimento, a Autoridade Policial arbitrou fian\u00e7a para os detidos.
