35\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201c311\u201d, voltada ao combate do com\u00e9rcio ilegal de pe\u00e7as automotivas. A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve como alvo uma loja de autope\u00e7as localizada em Palho\u00e7a.<br><br>No local, foram apreendidas pe\u00e7as de 4 ve\u00edculos distintos com a numera\u00e7\u00e3o suprimida, o que caracteriza o crime previsto no artigo 311, \u00a73\u00ba, do C\u00f3digo Penal. O propriet\u00e1rio da loja foi conduzido \u00e0 sede da DEIC e autuado em flagrante pelo crime de adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor no exerc\u00edcio de atividade comercial, cuja pena varia de 4 a 8 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<br><br>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela Delegacia de Furtos e Roubos de Ve\u00edculos da DEIC (Pol\u00edcia Civil\/SC), em conjunto com a Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica, a Secretaria Municipal de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica de Palho\u00e7a, a Guarda Municipal e a Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Tributos do munic\u00edpio.<br><br>Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, os \u00f3rg\u00e3os fiscalizadores da Prefeitura de Palho\u00e7a interditaram a loja de autope\u00e7as, uma vez que o estabelecimento n\u00e3o possu\u00eda os alvar\u00e1s de funcionamento exigidos pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<br><br>A Pol\u00edcia Civil refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o no enfrentamento ao crime.
