data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na tarde da segunda-feira (06\/10), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Gaspar, efetuou a pris\u00e3o de um suspeito por praticar o delito de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra a pr\u00f3pria enteada, na cidade de Gaspar.<\/p><p>Segundo noticiado \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia, o ex-padrasto teria abusado sexualmente da v\u00edtima desde os 7 anos de idade. E, no final de setembro deste ano, ele teria levado a v\u00edtima para uma cachoeira, embriagado-a e praticando conjun\u00e7\u00e3o carnal com ela, que n\u00e3o tinha condi\u00e7\u00f5es de resistir em raz\u00e3o do avan\u00e7ado estado de embriaguez.<\/p><p>A partir da an\u00e1lise de c\u00e2meras, o Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o conseguiu verificar que o suspeito buscou a v\u00edtima em casa em perfeitas condi\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e a deixa, no final do dia, sem condi\u00e7\u00f5es ficar em p\u00e9, em raz\u00e3o do avan\u00e7ado estado de embriaguez.<\/p><p>No curso da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, quando interrogado acerca dos fatos, o suspeito confessou a pr\u00e1tica do ato sexual na cachoeira com a v\u00edtima, confirmando tamb\u00e9m ter fornecido bebida alco\u00f3lica \u00e0 v\u00edtima, menor de idade.<\/p><p>Considerando a gravidade dos fatos e o risco \u00e0 garantia da ordem p\u00fablica, o Delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo caso representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do investigado, pedido este referendado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e decretado pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento do mandado de pris\u00e3o, o suspeito ser\u00e1 submetido \u00e0 audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia em at\u00e9 24 horas e ficar\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pol\u00edcia Civil prende suspeito de abusar sexualmente da enteada em Gaspar Na tarde da segunda-feira (06\/10), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Gaspar, efetuou a pris\u00e3o de um suspeito por praticar o delito de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra a pr\u00f3pria enteada, na cidade de Gaspar.
