data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina concluiu o inqu\u00e9rito instaurado para apurar o acidente ocorrido em 21 de junho de 2025, no munic\u00edpio de Praia Grande (SC), que envolveu um bal\u00e3o aerost\u00e1tico. O sinistro resultou em oito mortes e treze sobreviventes. O procedimento foi conduzido pelo delegado de Pol\u00edcia Rafael de Chiara, da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Santa Rosa do Sul, com apoio das delegacias de Praia Grande, Passo de Torres e S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o do Sul.<\/p><p>Durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, foram ouvidas mais de 20 pessoas, entre sobreviventes, testemunhas, o piloto e representantes dos fabricantes do bal\u00e3o e do extintor que estava a bordo. Al\u00e9m disso, a apura\u00e7\u00e3o contou com diversos laudos periciais, incluindo necr\u00f3psias, per\u00edcias de local, an\u00e1lises de engenharia, exames em fragmentos de \u00f3culos que poderiam conter grava\u00e7\u00f5es do voo, e laudos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o por arcada dent\u00e1ria e de subst\u00e2ncias nas v\u00edtimas.<\/p><p>De acordo com o relat\u00f3rio final, as per\u00edcias indicaram que o inc\u00eandio teve in\u00edcio quando uma chama atingiu a capa de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de um dos cilindros de propano, provocando uma queima r\u00e1pida e intensa. O fen\u00f4meno foi explicado pela composi\u00e7\u00e3o do material, que gerou o chamado \u201cgotejamento flamejante\u201d, favorecendo a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do fogo em poucos instantes.<\/p><p>Apesar de a per\u00edcia apontar a a\u00e7\u00e3o de uma chama aberta como causa do inc\u00eandio, o inqu\u00e9rito n\u00e3o encontrou provas suficientes de que houve conduta humana dolosa ou culposa que tenha provocado o sinistro. O acendedor auxiliar (ma\u00e7arico), que poderia estar relacionado \u00e0 igni\u00e7\u00e3o, foi encontrado dias ap\u00f3s o acidente, fora de guarda oficial, o que rompeu a cadeia de cust\u00f3dia e impediu a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de seu estado no momento do voo.<\/p><p>O relat\u00f3rio conclui que, embora o ma\u00e7arico possa explicar o in\u00edcio do fogo, n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel comprovar o uso indevido do equipamento pelo piloto ou por qualquer outro ocupante.
