Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC), deflagrou nesta quinta-feira (09\/10), uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o integrada de combate \u00e0 pirataria de brinquedos no centro de Florian\u00f3polis. A a\u00e7\u00e3o antecede o Dia das Crian\u00e7as, celebrado no pr\u00f3ximo fim de semana, per\u00edodo de maior comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o desses produtos.<\/p><p>Foram vistoriados seis estabelecimentos comerciais na regi\u00e3o central da capital catarinense. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na apreens\u00e3o de aproximadamente duas mil unidades de brinquedos falsificados, representando um montante estimado em R$ 100 mil. Entre as marcas contrafeitas est\u00e3o Disney, MGM, Marvel e outras de grande circula\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado infantil.<\/p><p>Os brinquedos piratas representam grave amea\u00e7a \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a das crian\u00e7as. Isso porque estes produtos n\u00e3o passam por certifica\u00e7\u00f5es de qualidade obrigat\u00f3rias e exp\u00f5e os pequenos consumidores a perigos como subst\u00e2ncias t\u00f3xicas, riscos de asfixia por pe\u00e7as soltas, bordas cortantes e materiais inflam\u00e1veis, podendo acarretar acidentes graves.<\/p><p>Os respons\u00e1veis pelos estabelecimentos fiscalizados responder\u00e3o pelos crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria. As penas previstas variam de dois a cinco anos de reclus\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de multas.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte de uma for\u00e7a-tarefa composta pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, PROCON SC e
