Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC), participou de opera\u00e7\u00e3o de combate \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de bebidas falsificadas na regi\u00e3o da Grande Florian\u00f3polis.&nbsp; Trata-se de for\u00e7a-tarefa composta pela Pol\u00edcia Civil (DCAC\/DEIC), PROCON SC, Conselho Estadual de Combate \u00e0 Pirataria (CECOP) e Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>Foram vistoriados tr\u00eas estabelecimentos comerciais, dois localizados no bairro Campeche, em Florian\u00f3polis, e um no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9. A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na apreens\u00e3o de produtos com suspeita de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o em dois dos tr\u00eas estabelecimentos fiscalizados. O material apreendido foi encaminhado \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edcia t\u00e9cnica que ir\u00e1 confirmar a autenticidade e seguran\u00e7a dos produtos.<\/p>\n<p>Destaca-se que bebidas falsificadas representam grave amea\u00e7a \u00e0 sa\u00fade dos consumidores, pois esses produtos n\u00e3o passam por controles de qualidade e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria obrigat\u00f3ria, podendo conter subst\u00e2ncias t\u00f3xicas, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada de \u00e1lcool, contaminantes qu\u00edmicos e compostos nocivos ao organismo, com potencial de causar danos irrevers\u00edveis \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 o momento n\u00e3o foram registrados casos de intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o por metanol em Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n<p>Os respons\u00e1veis pelos estabelecimentos fiscalizados poder\u00e3o responder por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo e crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria.
