data de hoje (17\/10), a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Abelardo Luz, formalizou o cumprimento de quatro mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria em desfavor de quatro homens investigados pelos crimes de roubo majorado, tortura e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada.<\/p><p>De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, no dia 26 de setembro, quatro indiv\u00edduos invadiram uma resid\u00eancia de Abelardo Luz, onde mantiveram a v\u00edtima amarrada, submetendo-a a agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e amea\u00e7as constantes. Ap\u00f3s o crime, os suspeitos fugiram no ve\u00edculo da v\u00edtima, que foi libertada a v\u00e1rios quil\u00f4metros do local dos fatos, conseguindo pedir ajuda apenas ao amanhecer. Em raz\u00e3o das agress\u00f5es sofridas, a v\u00edtima necessitou de atendimento hospitalar.<\/p><p>Durante as dilig\u00eancias, a Pol\u00edcia Civil apurou que os suspeitos haviam sido presos em flagrante no Estado do Paran\u00e1, portando o ve\u00edculo, documentos e objetos pertencentes \u00e0 v\u00edtima, os quais foram devidamente apreendidos pelas autoridades locais.<\/p><p>De imediato, foi estabelecido contato entre a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina e a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Paran\u00e1, possibilitando a r\u00e1pida troca de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os fatos. De posse desses elementos, a Delegacia de Abelardo Luz prontamente representou pela decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria dos investigados, bem como pelo compartilhamento das provas, visando assegurar a celeridade e a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos neste crime de extrema gravidade.
