Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia do Munic\u00edpio de Alfredo Wagner, realizou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Pol\u00edcia Militar nesta quarta-feira (22\/10), que resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de um indiv\u00edduo por tr\u00e1fico de drogas e a pris\u00e3o de um motociclista por graves crimes de tr\u00e2nsito.<\/p><p>Uma equipe de investigadores da Pol\u00edcia Civil, em dilig\u00eancias para monitorar a resid\u00eancia de um suspeito de tr\u00e1fico, deparou-se, no trajeto, com um motociclista praticando manobras perigosas em via p\u00fablica. O rapaz conduzia o ve\u00edculo empinado por longos trechos da rodovia estadual, colocando em risco a seguran\u00e7a do tr\u00e2nsito \u2014 conduta que foi documentada por v\u00eddeo pelos policiais.<\/p><p>O motociclista, cuja conduta chamou a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, estacionou em frente \u00e0 casa do investigado por tr\u00e1fico. Em observa\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais testemunharam o crime: o investigado entregou uma por\u00e7\u00e3o de maconha a um terceiro indiv\u00edduo.<\/p><p>Diante da urg\u00eancia do flagrante, o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar foi acionada de imediato. Ao abordar os envolvidos, os investigadores sentiram um forte e anormal odor de maconha vindo do interior da resid\u00eancia, o que, somado ao flagrante de venda presenciado, e ao nervosismo dos indiv\u00edduos, configurou a justa causa para a entrada t\u00e1tica.<\/p><p>No interior do domic\u00edlio, foram encontradas provas robustas do tr\u00e1fico, que confirmaram as suspeitas das duas corpora\u00e7\u00f5es: Uma por\u00e7\u00e3o significativa de coca\u00edna, com potencial de gerar cerca de R$ 4.100,00 em lucro bruto se fracionada para venda, por\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 embaladas de coca\u00edna e maconha, uma balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o digital e diversos materiais utilizados para o fracionamento e embalagem de entorpecentes, al\u00e9m de uma uma quantia de aproximadamente R$ 626,00 em dinheiro fracionado, t\u00edpico da atividade il\u00edcita.<\/p><p>Diante dos fatos, a autoridade policial determinou a pris\u00e3o em flagrante do dono da resid\u00eancia e investigado pelo crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, a pris\u00e3o em flagrante do motociclista por manobras perigosas e conduzir ve\u00edculo automotor sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o.
