Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 3\u00aa DECOR, deflagrou nesta quinta-feira (30\/10), a nova fase de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial voltada a desarticular um esquema de ingresso ilegal de objetos eletr\u00f4nicos na Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville (PIJ).<\/p><p>Segundo as apura\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais, que deram in\u00edcio \u00e0 1\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o no dia 26\/11\/24, integrantes de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa buscaram cooptar agentes terceirizados com v\u00ednculo com o sistema prisional, visando possibilitar o ingresso ilegal de aparelhos telef\u00f4nicos na Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville, a fim de que detentos tivessem acesso aos dispositivos.<\/p><p>Na 2\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, realizada no dia 07\/08\/2025, foram cumpridos sete mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra diversos investigados e um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido em desfavor de um advogado que, utilizando ilegalmente de suas prerrogativas, passou a atuar em prol de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa atuante no Estado de Santa Catarina.<\/p><p>Nesta quinta-feira (30\/10) foram cumpridos 19 mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva, com cumprimento no Sistema Prisional (Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville, Pres\u00eddio Regional de Joinville, Pres\u00eddio Feminino Regional de Joinville e Complexo Penitenci\u00e1rio do Estado \u2013 S\u00e3o Pedro de Alc\u00e2ntara) e nas cidades de Joinville (bairros Vila Nova e Floresta) e de Araquari (Itinga).<\/p><p>Participaram da a\u00e7\u00e3o Policiais Civis da 1\u00aa DECOR, da 2\u00aa DECOR, da 3\u00aa DECOR, da 4\u00aa DECOR, da CECOR\/DEIC e da DLAV\/DEIC, assim como Policiais Penais integrantes da Penitenci\u00e1ria Industrial de Joinville, do Pres\u00eddio Regional de Joinville, do Pres\u00eddio Feminino Regional de Joinville e do Complexo Penitenci\u00e1rio do Estado \u2013 S\u00e3o Pedro de
