Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio do Departamento de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es criminais, na Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal de Blumenau (DPA) prendeu em flagrante na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (04\/11), um homem de 20 anos pelo crime de maus-tratos contra animal dom\u00e9stico, no bairro Progresso, em Blumenau.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou no resgate de um cachorro sem ra\u00e7a definida que se encontrava em estado grave, com les\u00f5es dermatol\u00f3gicas extensas por todo o corpo, \u00e1reas de pele em carne viva e sangramento ativo.<\/p><p>O laudo pericial veterin\u00e1rio do CEPREAD atestou que as les\u00f5es apresentam caracter\u00edsticas de cronicidade, confirmando que o animal sofria a algum tempo consider\u00e1vel sem qualquer tratamento adequado.<\/p><p>O homem foi autuado pelo crime previsto no artigo 32, \u00a71\u00ba-A, da Lei 9.605\/98, que estabelece pena de reclus\u00e3o de 2 a 5 anos e multa para maus-tratos contra c\u00e3es ou gatos.<\/p><p>O cachorro foi encaminhado para atendimento veterin\u00e1rio de emerg\u00eancia no CEPREAD e ficar\u00e1 sob os cuidados de protetora independente durante a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o.
