Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 5\u00aa Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (5\u00aa DECOR\/DEIC), concluiu as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es referentes ao inqu\u00e9rito policial instaurado para apurar suspeitas de irregularidades na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de laudos de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o veicular e em processos licitat\u00f3rios voltados ao transporte escolar no munic\u00edpio de Xaxim\/SC.<\/p><p>O inqu\u00e9rito teve origem em desdobramento de apura\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores que identificaram a emiss\u00e3o de certificados falsos de vistoria veicular por empresa sem credenciamento regular. As dilig\u00eancias comprovaram que tais documentos foram empregados para habilita\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos junto a \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o em certames municipais de transporte escolar.<\/p><p>No curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ap\u00f3s o cumprimento de medidas cautelares na data de 17\/03\/2025, foram desenvolvidas diversas dilig\u00eancias investigativas, inclusive com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edcias t\u00e9cnicas e an\u00e1lises de dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos, resultando na coleta de vasto material probat\u00f3rio. As an\u00e1lises apontaram situa\u00e7\u00f5es indicativas de falhas na presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os correlatos baseados nas falsidades indicadas, em desconformidade com as normas do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro e do CONTRAN.<\/p><p>Diante dos elementos reunidos, tr\u00eas pessoas foram indiciadas por crimes licitat\u00f3rios e uso de documento falso.
