Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Combate a Estelionatos do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais da Capital (DCE\/DIC), deflagrou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (11\/11), a \u201dOpera\u00e7\u00e3o Alvar\u00e1 Fantasma\u201d, com o apoio das Pol\u00edcias Civis do Mato Grosso do Sul e do Piau\u00ed.<\/p><p>Ao todo, foram cumpridos 10 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e 07 mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria nas cidades de Nova Andradina, Dourados, Campo Grande e Tr\u00eas Lagoas (MS), al\u00e9m de um mandado de pris\u00e3o em Geminiano (PI).<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, iniciada em junho deste ano, em Florian\u00f3polis, revelou um esquema de estelionato conhecido como \u201dgolpe do falso advogado\u201d, no qual uma das v\u00edtimas catarinenses sofreu preju\u00edzo de cerca de R$ 100 mil. Durante as dilig\u00eancias, apurou-se que a quadrilha operava a partir de Nova Andradina (MS) e j\u00e1 havia aplicado golpes em pelo menos outras tr\u00eas v\u00edtimas em Santa Catarina, gerando danos superiores a R$ 170 mil.<\/p><p>No golpe, criminosos utilizam aplicativos de mensagens para se passar por advogados, empregando fotografias, nomes e registros reais da OAB para conferir apar\u00eancia de legitimidade. As v\u00edtimas s\u00e3o convencidas a efetuar pagamentos supostamente relacionados a custas processuais ou alvar\u00e1s judiciais, baseando-se em documentos falsificados com timbres e assinaturas simuladas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p><p>Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, foi apreendido o celular utilizado nas fraudes, bem como outros aparelhos pertencentes aos suspeitos, que servir\u00e3o para aprofundar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. A Justi\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m determinou o bloqueio de R$ 300 mil em cada uma das 63 contas banc\u00e1rias vinculadas aos investigados.<\/p><p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio operacional das Pol\u00edcias Civis do Mato Grosso do Sul e do Piau\u00ed.<\/p><p>Os sete detidos responder\u00e3o por fraude eletr\u00f4nica e associa\u00e7\u00e3o
