A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 1\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Chapec\u00f3 (DPCO\/Fron), com apoio da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Protetores e do N\u00facleo de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com C\u00e3es (NOC) Chapec\u00f3, cumpriu nesta segunda-feira (10\/11), mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, contra um homem por posse ilegal de arma de fogo e muni\u00e7\u00f5es de uso permitido.<\/p>

Foram localizadas e apreendidas uma espingarda Rossi, calibre 32 GA, al\u00e9m de 12 muni\u00e7\u00f5es intactas do mesmo calibre.<\/p>

A ordem de busca foi expedida em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do Inqu\u00e9rito Policial que investiga o crime de disparo de arma de fogo e a contraven\u00e7\u00e3o penal de perturba\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho\/sossego alheios.<\/p>

Com a apreens\u00e3o do armamento e muni\u00e7\u00f5es, o investigado foi conduzido \u00e0 Central de Plant\u00e3o Policial para lavratura dos procedimentos de praxe. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem para a completa apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos em procedimento policial j\u00e1 instaurado pela 1\u00aa DPCO\/Fron de Chapec\u00f3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
