Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina deflagrou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (11\/11), a 2\u00aa fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Estampa Fria, coordenada pela Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Crimes Ambientais e Crimes contra as Rela\u00e7\u00f5es de Consumo (DCAC\/DEIC).<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na apreens\u00e3o de 7 mil pe\u00e7as de vestu\u00e1rio contrafeitas, avaliadas em R$ 330 mil, al\u00e9m de 2 mil etiquetas falsificadas.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um desdobramento da 1\u00aa fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, deflagrada em 21\/08\/2025, que resultou no cumprimento de 8 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Brusque, Blumenau e Gabiruba. Na ocasi\u00e3o, foram apreendidas aproximadamente 250 mil pe\u00e7as de vestu\u00e1rio falsificadas, avaliadas em cerca de R$ 20 milh\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de 1,5 milh\u00e3o de etiquetas e maquin\u00e1rio utilizado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o das falsifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Os alvos inclu\u00edram a f\u00e1brica das pe\u00e7as, um galp\u00e3o de armazenamento e resid\u00eancias de suspeitos.<\/p><p>Em continuidade ao trabalho investigativo, as equipes policiais identificaram um novo galp\u00e3o e uma resid\u00eancia vinculados \u00e0s lideran\u00e7as do grupo criminoso, ambos localizados na cidade de Brusque. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es levaram \u00e0 obten\u00e7\u00e3o de dois novos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Na resid\u00eancia investigada, foram apreendidos aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos e aproximadamente 50 pe\u00e7as de roupas falsificadas. No galp\u00e3o, as equipes localizaram cerca de 3.500 itens de vestu\u00e1rio e 2 mil etiquetas, material avaliado em R$ 180 mil.<\/p><p>Adicionalmente, foi realizada fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em estabelecimento comercial, uma loja no centro de Brusque, onde foram apreendidas aproximadamente 3.800 pe\u00e7as de roupas, avaliadas em R$ 150 mil.<\/p><p>Nos locais foram encontrados produtos falsificados de marcas de renome internacional, como Nike, Adidas, North Face, Lacoste e Tommy Hilfiger, entre outras.<\/p><p>Os suspeitos responder\u00e3o por crimes contra propriedade imaterial, crimes contra as rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, crimes contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem em andamento para o completo esclarecimento das atividades da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de outros envolvidos na cadeia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos
