Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (DIC) de Tubar\u00e3o, informa que, na data de ontem (12\/11), foi realizada a incinera\u00e7\u00e3o de 929 kg de maconha recentemente apreendida em opera\u00e7\u00f5es policiais.<\/p><p>O procedimento de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzido em estrita observ\u00e2ncia \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, ap\u00f3s a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio e com ci\u00eancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. A incinera\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o acompanhamento t\u00e9cnico da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Municipal e foi realizada nas depend\u00eancias da Coopagro, garantindo o cumprimento de todas as normas ambientais e sanit\u00e1rias aplic\u00e1veis.<\/p><p>Ressalta-se que a parte restante do material apreendido foi devidamente encaminhada \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos exames periciais que legisla\u00e7\u00e3o determina.
