Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de Xaxim, concluiu, na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (18\/11), o Inqu\u00e9rito Policial instaurado para apurar o inc\u00eandio que atingiu duas resid\u00eancias, no Bairro Germ\u00e2nico, em Xaxim.<\/p><p>O fato ocorreu na manh\u00e3 do dia 12\/08\/2025, quando um homem de 40 anos de idade, ao tentar acender o fog\u00e3o \u00e0 lenha de sua resid\u00eancia utilizando gasolina, provocou uma explos\u00e3o que deu in\u00edcio ao sinistro. Segundo apurado, ele tentava fazer fogo com papel e grimpa, mas, diante da dificuldade, decidiu utilizar combust\u00edvel l\u00edquido altamente inflam\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>De acordo com os elementos colhidos durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o indiv\u00edduo encheu a tampa de um recipiente pl\u00e1stico com gasolina, despejou o combust\u00edvel dentro do fog\u00e3o e deixou o vasilhame no ch\u00e3o, a aproximadamente um metro e meio de dist\u00e2ncia. Ao acender papel toalha e lan\u00e7\u00e1-lo no fog\u00e3o, ocorreu a primeira deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o, que atingiu um sof\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo e, posteriormente, o frasco contendo o restante do combust\u00edvel inflam\u00e1vel, provocando a segunda explos\u00e3o e, consequentemente, o alastramento das chamas.<\/p><p>O Corpo de Bombeiros Militar foi acionado e realizou o rescaldo do sinistro, mas o inc\u00eandio j\u00e1 havia causado destrui\u00e7\u00e3o significativa. As chamas destru\u00edram completamente 02 ve\u00edculos automotores, al\u00e9m de 03 ro\u00e7adeiras, 01 carrinho de cortar grama, 01 fog\u00e3o \u00e0 lenha, 01 equipamento a g\u00e1s para cozimento, m\u00f3veis, eletrodom\u00e9sticos, utens\u00edlios dom\u00e9sticos e diversos equipamentos de jardinagem. A estrutura da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o sofreu colapso completo da cobertura da garagem e carboniza\u00e7\u00e3o intensa das estruturas superiores.<\/p><p>A resid\u00eancia vizinha, de propriedade de uma mulher de 63 anos de idade, tamb\u00e9m sofreu danos significativos em parede de alvenaria, caixa d&#8217;\u00e1gua, dois banheiros e parte do telhado, em decorr\u00eancia da intensa a\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica e da propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do calor.<\/p><p>Conforme as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas, o preju\u00edzo material total foi de cerca de R$ 140.000,00 para o propriet\u00e1rio da resid\u00eancia incendiada, um homem de 67 anos, pai do investigado, e de R$ 41.000,00 para a propriet\u00e1ria do im\u00f3vel vizinho.<\/p><p>Ao final das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, concluiu-se que o investigado agiu com manifesta imprud\u00eancia ao manipular subst\u00e2ncia altamente inflam\u00e1vel em ambiente fechado, sem observar as cautelas necess\u00e1rias, deixando o recipiente pl\u00e1stico contendo gasolina a apenas um metro e meio do local onde produziria chamas. Tal conduta criou o risco concreto e previs\u00edvel de explos\u00e3o, violando as regras elementares de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p><p>O Inqu\u00e9rito Policial, devidamente conclu\u00eddo, ser\u00e1 encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio e ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico para an\u00e1lise e ado\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas cab\u00edveis no \u00e2mbito da persecu\u00e7\u00e3o penal, sendo o que
