Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia da Comarca de S\u00e3o Miguel do Oeste, deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (18\/11), uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o que resultou na apreens\u00e3o de armas e muni\u00e7\u00f5es na resid\u00eancia de um homem de 47 anos investigado pelo crime de amea\u00e7a. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com o apoio de policiais civis integrantes da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Protetor.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s o suspeito adotar conduta agressiva em um estabelecimento comercial da cidade, onde proferiu amea\u00e7as com arma branca contra pessoas presentes no local. Durante o atendimento da ocorr\u00eancia, o investigado tamb\u00e9m amea\u00e7ou os policiais e afirmou possuir arma de fogo em sua resid\u00eancia.<\/p><p>A autoridade policial respons\u00e1vel pela DPCo\/Fron de S\u00e3o Miguel do Oeste representou ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pelo mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, que foi deferido ap\u00f3s manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. O cumprimento do mandado resultou na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e apreens\u00e3o do material b\u00e9lico.<\/p><p>Embora as armas estivessem devidamente registradas no Sistema Nacional de Armas (SINARM), a Pol\u00edcia Civil esclarece que o registro regular n\u00e3o impede a apreens\u00e3o quando o propriet\u00e1rio pratica condutas il\u00edcitas.
