Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Fronteira da Comarca de Abelardo Luz, com apoio da DIC de Xanxer\u00ea, da DPCAMI de Xanxer\u00ea e do N\u00facleo de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es com C\u00e3es (NOC) de Xanxer\u00ea, realizou na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (18\/11), uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o que resultou na descoberta de uma planta\u00e7\u00e3o clandestina de maconha, na apreens\u00e3o de aproximadamente 85 quilos da droga e na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de dois homens, de 34 anos e 27 anos, pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de entorpecentes e associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico.<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s a Delegacia receber den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima informando sobre a exist\u00eancia de uma planta\u00e7\u00e3o de grande porte no interior do munic\u00edpio. A partir dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o Setor de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Capturas realizou diversas dilig\u00eancias, que permitiram identificar uma estrutura semelhante a uma estufa, utilizada para o cultivo da planta.<\/p><p>Com ind\u00edcios suficientes, foi instaurado inqu\u00e9rito policial e representado junto ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio pela expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, o qual foi deferido.<\/p><p>Durante o cumprimento do mandado, os policiais encontraram uma estufa contendo cerca de 200 plantas de maconha em diferentes est\u00e1gios de desenvolvimento, totalizando aproximadamente 85 quilos de mat\u00e9ria bruta. Na resid\u00eancia de um dos suspeitos, tamb\u00e9m foi localizada uma embalagem contendo 220 gramas da droga.<\/p><p>Diante dos fatos, foi dada voz de pris\u00e3o aos suspeitos, que foram conduzidos \u00e0 Delegacia para os procedimentos legais e, na sequ\u00eancia, encaminhados ao Pres\u00eddio de Xanxer\u00ea, onde aguardar\u00e3o audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia e permanecer\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p><p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es continuam, com a an\u00e1lise de dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos apreendidos para aprofundar a compreens\u00e3o da atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos conduzidos e identificar poss\u00edveis coautores ou demais envolvidos na atividade
