Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Animal do Departamento de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal da Capital (DPA\/DIC), concluiu investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e indiciou um homem pelo crime de maus-tratos qualificado contra c\u00e3es, sem ra\u00e7a definida, mediante abandono em resid\u00eancia, no bairro C\u00f3rrego Grande, em Florian\u00f3polis\/SC.<\/p><p>Por meio do procedimento policial, apurou-se que o inquilino mudou-se sem quitar as d\u00edvidas com o locador, e ainda deixando tr\u00eas cadelas no local &#8211; uma adulta e duas filhotes.<\/p><p>Os animais estavam sem \u00e1gua e sem alimento, em ambiente bastante sujo, sendo que vizinhos auxiliaram nos cuidados, ainda que a f\u00eamea m\u00e3e apresentasse comportamento instintivo arisco, tanto pela fome quanto para defender seus filhotes.<\/p><p>Em interrogat\u00f3rio, o tutor argumentou que havia combinado previamente com os vizinhos que eles cuidariam dos animais at\u00e9 ele retornar para busc\u00e1-los, o que foi negado nos depoimentos das testemunhas.<\/p><p>O Inqu\u00e9rito Policial foi conclu\u00eddo e encaminhado ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, inclusive para manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, sendo que a pena m\u00e1xima prevista \u00e9 de at\u00e9 05 anos de pris\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de multa, sujeita aos procedimentos processuais penais.<\/p><p>As tr\u00eas cachorras foram resgatadas pela Diretoria de Bem-Estar Animal &#8211; DIBEA da Capital, onde receberam atendimento m\u00e9dico-veterin\u00e1rio e demais protocolos para viabilizar ado\u00e7\u00f5es respons\u00e1veis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
