Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da Delegacia de Combate \u00e0s Drogas \u2013 DECOD, em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Guarda Municipal de Chapec\u00f3, deflagraram uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (26\/11), que resultou na captura de um homem e uma mulher foragidos h\u00e1 mais de um ano na linha Pinhalzinho, interior de Chapec\u00f3.<\/p><p>O homem preso j\u00e1 havia cumprido anos de pena privativa de liberdade pelo crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas e possui 30 anos de idade. A mulher, que ainda n\u00e3o havia sido presa, possui 27 anos de idade. Eles viviam em uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel desde o come\u00e7o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e se auxiliavam mutuamente nas atividades criminosas.<\/p><p>Os alvos da a\u00e7\u00e3o foram investigados pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio da Delegacia de Combate \u00e0s Drogas &#8211; DECOD, pelos crimes de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o tr\u00e1fico de drogas, lavagem de dinheiro e forma\u00e7\u00e3o de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<\/p><p>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o conseguiu descobrir e comprovar que o casal estava comandando um grande esquema de tr\u00e1fico de drogas em Chapec\u00f3 e em outras cidades da regi\u00e3o oeste h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios anos, atividade em decorr\u00eancia da qual obtinham grandes lucros e lavavam dinheiro de origem il\u00edcita.<\/p><p>O caso ganhou notoriedade ap\u00f3s ser poss\u00edvel ligar os investigados a uma grande apreens\u00e3o de drogas il\u00edcitas, em especial de subst\u00e2ncia base de coca\u00edna e de uma prensa hidr\u00e1ulica utilizada para embalar a droga em tabletes. Na ocasi\u00e3o, ainda no ano de 2023, o material foi apreendido pela Pol\u00edcia Militar em uma casa utilizada como esconderijo nas proximidades do aeroporto de Chapec\u00f3.<\/p><p>A equipe da Pol\u00edcia Civil permaneceu mais de dois anos atuando, primeiro com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do caso base e depois em tentativas de capturar os foragidos, que tiveram mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedidos ainda em outubro de 2024.
