Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina, por meio da 5\u00aa Delegacia Especializada no Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (5\u00aa DECOR\/Chapec\u00f3) deflagrou, nesta quarta-feira (26\/11), a segunda fase ostensiva da opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cDesvio de Rota\u201d, dando cumprimento a mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em desfavor de sete novos alvos.<\/p><p>Os mandados judiciais foram cumpridos nos munic\u00edpios de Quilombo\/SC, S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o do Oeste\/SC e Vitorino\/PR, atingindo pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas, com a finalidade de colher novos elementos e dar esclarecimento a outras infra\u00e7\u00f5es penais constatadas na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o que imp\u00f4s a deflagra\u00e7\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9rito policial espec\u00edfico.<\/p><p>As dilig\u00eancias operacionais desta data contaram com o suporte dos policiais da Coordenadoria de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o (CECOR) e Laborat\u00f3rio de Lavagem de Dinheiro (LAB\/LD) da Diretoria Estadual de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (DEIC), Divis\u00f5es de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal de S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o do Oeste e de Chapec\u00f3, al\u00e9m do efetivo da Delegacia do Munic\u00edpio de Cordilheira Alta.<\/p><p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil agradece, mais uma vez, o suporte do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Santa Catarina, al\u00e9m do eficiente trabalho do Poder Judici\u00e1rio e do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico catarinense.<\/p><p>No dia 02\/05\/2024, a Pol\u00edcia Civil deflagrou a primeira fase ostensiva do caso, cumprindo nove mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e tr\u00eas mandados de pris\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios de Quilombo\/SC, S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o do Oeste\/SC e Pato Branco\/PR.<\/p><p>O esfor\u00e7o inicial tinha por objeto a elucida\u00e7\u00e3o de fraudes licitat\u00f3rias e outros crimes vinculados \u00e0 Secretaria de Obras de Quilombo\/SC. Com o andamento das dilig\u00eancias e o gradual esclarecimento dos fatos foram instaurados e finalizados dois inqu\u00e9ritos policiais.<\/p><p>No primeiro foram indiciadas oito pessoas por diversas fraudes licitat\u00f3rias e outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es, as quais inclu\u00edram crimes de lavagem de dinheiro e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
